Doug Dano: A.R.R.T.: (Driver) Doug is the driving force behind team DAWG POUND in addition to being the driver he is the glue that holds us together. As you can see from the following credentials he has been active in motorsports since his youth. When he became aware of the Formula Sidecar races he immediately started to form a team of like minded individuals to create a winning team. Credentials: American Motorcycle Association member, Sports Car Club of American, NASCAR 1997 9th place overall-circle track, American Historic Motorcycle Association vintage racing, American Karting Federation, American Power Boat Association-1995 6th place overall.

Theo Goguely: (Passenger) Always interested in trying something new, Theo decided to give sidecar passengering a go this year as a way to get a taste of motorsport racing. Having never raced before, he brings an engineering mind, fresh ideas and fresh blood to the team. Addicted to travel and the outdoors, when not at the track, he can be found climbing, sailing, riding, or even eating at a noodle shop, somewhere in Asia.


Pete Silva: (Passenger/Trainer) Pete is the “Old Man” of the team, having been active in this class of racing before. Pete got Doug interested in this with his stories. Not an underachiever by any means he holds the following AHRMA wins. National 2001 West Coast Champion - Over 60 Class, 2001 2nd Place National Over 60 Class, 1993-94 Open Twin Champion - National, 1998 West Coast Open Twin Champion 2001 2nd place - Over 60 Class - National. He is a 35 year AMA member, a charter member of AHMRA and is a member of the Pro Jet Drag Racing team which races jet powered cars. Pete gives us the knowledge he has acquired over the years to fine tune both the car, driver a passenger to help us progress to the next level of the sport.


James Cornell: Due to his injuries sustained while competing at the Isle of Man TT last year James is unable to ride with us currently. You can see how he is doing by checking out the website set up to help him thought his recovery at "James Cornel Fund" .We are counting on him showing up at future races and giving us the benefit of his accumulated wisdom from being the #1 rider in 2004 and the Isle of Man experiences. James is the bigest reason we chose to compete at the Isle.
And we are all praying for his speedy recovery!


Bob Meyer: (Manager) Bob is a late comer to the organized world of racing. He has been active in motorsports on a non-organized level since his early teens. He has also been a business owner for over 25 years and brings a totally different set of assets to the team.
